Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients, leads, and partnership opportunities within the education and corporate training industry.
  • Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings to present Aceneev’s learning solutions and services.
  • Understand client requirements to recommend suitable learning programs and offerings.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve assigned monthly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and sales progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Provide timely feedback and market insights to help refine sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (in any discipline).
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and proactive in meeting goals.
  • Strong interest in EdTech, sales, and client relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently under guidance from mentors and team leads.
