About the Role

FanCode is hiring Interns and Graduate SDETs to join our Engineering team. This role is ideal for final-year students or recent graduates who are passionate about quality engineering, automation, AI, and emerging technologies. You’ll work on high-impact systems powering one of India’s leading sports platforms, with a strong opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance.

What You’ll Do:

• • Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for web and backend systems
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure high quality, scalable, and reliable releases
  • Work on real-world production systems used by millions of sports fans
  • Explore and apply AI and Large Language Models in testing, automation, or development workflows
  • Debug issues, improve test coverage, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines
  • Learn modern QA practices in a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment

Must Haves:

• • Final-year student or recent graduate from a Tier-1 engineering college
  • Based in Mumbai
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
  • Programming knowledge in JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar languages
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a learning-first mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-ownership environment

Good to Have:

• • Exposure to AI, LLMs, or intelligent automation in testing or development
  • Familiarity with modern QA practices, debugging techniques, and test strategies
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
  • Prior internship, academic projects, or hands-on work in software testing or development
