Key Responsibilities:

• Create, implement, and manage automation systems using tools like n8n and other low-code/no-code platforms.
• Connect APIs, databases, CRMs, and external software to build smooth, end-to-end automated workflows.
• Use LangChain and Python to design intelligent AI-powered processes and custom integrations.
• Set up and manage webhooks, event-based triggers, and time-based automations for client projects.
• Identify issues in existing workflows, debug errors, and improve performance and stability.
• Partner with internal team members to discover automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation of workflows and systems to ensure clarity and long-term scalability.
• Be available to collaborate during U.S. working hours.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Solid experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and webhook-based integrations.
• Comfortable handling databases (SQL or NoSQL) for building automation pipelines.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-driven individual who can manage multiple assignments independently.
• Willing to work according to U.S. time zones.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

• Exposure to AI/ML platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face.
• Experience using version control systems like GitHub or GitLab for managing workflows and code.
