We are seeking a dynamic and motivated AI Trainee with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Knowledge Management, Workflow Automation, and Large Language Models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation. The ideal candidate will have recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science and possess a keen interest in advancing their skills in the latest AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance GenAI applications that rely on agentic workflows and retrieve data from various sources (vector databases, relational databases, documents libraries).

• Implement and manage knowledge management systems to facilitate the efficient storage and retrieval of information.
• Design and automate workflows to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Work with vision technologies to develop and improve image and video processing applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into various projects and products.
• Research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, NLP, and related fields.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong foundation in Natural Language Processing, Knowledge Management, Workflow Automation, and Vision Technology.
• Experience with Azure AI Services, Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Proficiency in application development using React JS, low-code/no-code platforms, Python, C++, and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

  Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and tools.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services.
• Understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques.
• Experience with software development and version control systems.
