We are currently hiring a Junior Salesforce Developer who will work under the guidance of senior developers and be responsible for assisting in the development, testing, and deployment of customized solutions within our global Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in customizing and configuring Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain simple Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
• Support the creation and management of custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Collaborate with senior developers to implement the solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance.
• Assist in maintaining technical documentation.
• Learn from the code review feedback to improve coding skills.
• Support data migration activities.

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or relevant experience in software development.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components and flows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce development tools, such as Salesforce DX, Force.com IDE, and Salesforce Extensions for Visual Studio Code.
• Understanding of web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of Deployment tools and SOQL.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer1 or Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder, a plus.
