The Graduate Trainee will support the Third-Party Security Risk (TPSR) team in assessing and managing security risks associated with vendors and service providers. This role provides hands-on exposure to vendor risk management, security due diligence, and risk treatment processes, ensuring compliance with Invesco’s Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) Policy and Third-Party Security Risk Program.
Assist in triaging third-party service requests and determining inherent risk ratings using the TPSR scoring model.
Support security due diligence activities by reviewing vendor documentation and ensuring completeness.
Help maintain records of assessments, risk treatment plans, and compliance status.
Collaborate with Vendor Relationship Owners (VROs) to track security risk assessments and remediation actions.
Participate in periodic reassessments and monitor material changes in third-party services.
Prepare reports and dashboards for Global Security management on third-party risk metrics.
Stay informed on security, privacy, and business continuity requirements for third-party engagements.
Provide administrative support for meetings, workshops, and training sessions
