Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Trainees and Graduates to join our technical team. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop a career in financial software, working on cutting-edge solutions and contributing to various stages of the software development lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

* Assist in the application development process, including compiling and decompiling code and participating in IT testing activities.
* Contribute to the design and implementation of user interfaces, including Graphical User Interface (GUI) and User Experience (UX) design.
* Support the configuration and maintenance of computer systems, including Computer System Configuration, Portal Server Configuration, and WAN Switching and Firmware Configuration.
* Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by documenting and modeling user requirements.
* Assist with program installation and versioning control for various software solutions.
* Provide support for information technology (IT) systems and infrastructure, demonstrating strong Digital Literacy.
* Undertake assessments and contribute to action planning for technical projects.

Job Qualifications:

* A recent graduate or an individual looking to start a career in a technical field.
* Demonstrated interest in Information Technology (IT) Support and software development.
* Basic understanding of Action Planning and Assessment methodologies.
* Familiarity with program installation and versioning concepts.
* Strong Digital Literacy and a willingness to learn new technologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Proactive and eager to learn about Application Development, IT Testing, Graphical User Interface (GUI), and User Experience (UX) Design.
* Some exposure to Computer System Configuration, Portal Server Configuration, WAN Switching and Firmware Configuration, and Compiling and Decompiling Code is a plus, but not required.
