As a Data Analyst, you will help the organization make informed business decisions by collecting, processing, analyzing, and reporting on data. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to extract actionable insights and present them through reports and visual dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business/domain teams to gather analytical requirements
• Extract, clean, preprocess, and validate data from databases using SQL and other tools
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and outliers
• Apply statistical methods (e.g., regressions, hypothesis testing) using tools like SPSS, Python, or R
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
• Translate data insights into actionable business recommendations and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Support ad-hoc analysis and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Work with data engineering/BI teams to ensure data quality and optimize workflows

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
• Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data
• Knowledge of Excel and one or more data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with statistical tools like SPSS, Python (Pandas/NumPy), or R is preferred
