About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Associate Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining websites and web applications. You will collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality and responsive web solutions. You should have strong problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to write clean, maintainable code.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user-friendly, responsive websites and web applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement website functionality.
• Write clean, well-documented, and scalable code using front-end and back-end technologies.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Perform website updates, including content management and user interface (UI) improvements.
• Collaborate with designers to translate visual designs into functional websites.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay up to date with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and errors.
• Maintain version control using Git or similar tools.
• Ensure security best practices are implemented across web applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role in web development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Experience with web performance optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
