We are looking for a single full-stack web developer who can independently handle an entire web project — from planning to deployment — using modern coding practices and AI tools.

This role is ideal for someone who believes in “vibe coding”: fast iteration, AI-assisted development, clean architecture, and an ownership mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Build complete web applications (frontend + backend)
• Translate ideas into working products, not just code
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) for faster development
• Design and consume APIs
• Handle database design & integration
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms
• Debug, optimize, and scale existing code
• Take full ownership of assigned projects

Required Technical Skills

Frontend:

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript (strong basics)
• React / Next.js / Vue (any one is fine)
• Responsive UI & component-based design

Backend:

• Node.js / Python (FastAPI, Django) / PHP / similar
• REST APIs (must)
• Authentication & authorization
• Business logic handling

Database:

• SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL) OR
• NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Schema design & query optimization

Deployment & DevOps (basic but real):

• Git & GitHub
• Hosting on AWS / Vercel / DigitalOcean / similar
• Environment variables, builds, basic CI/CD understanding

AI & Vibe Coding Expectations:

• Uses AI daily for:
  • Code generation
  • Refactoring
  • Debugging
  • Documentation
• Knows how to prompt, not just copy-paste
• Can explain why AI-generated code works
• Focus on speed + correctness, not perfection paralysis

• Can work independently
• Comfortable taking decisions
• Thinks in features, not files
• Honest about limitations (huge plus)

• Experience with automation / AI APIs
