Roles:

• Understanding project requirement and sharing ideas
• Should know how to work on the projects right from the beginning, sharing
  designing ideas and delivering projects before the due timeline.
• Using graphic techniques to create drafts
• Should work based on research process 
• Producing logos, banners, infographics, micro animations, thumbnails, flyers,
  brouchers, case studies, image recreations, certificates, storyboards, emailers,
  marketing design, and slide decks from scratch, eye catching social media posts and
  designs and any other related digital and print based designs collaterals.
• Should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and delivery quality
  work in short timelines
• Collaborating with the team to launch projects and test graphics across various media
• Using feedback from senior team members in a positive way to improve.
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and as per the brand
  guidelines
• Should be able to validate designs and lead projects with full responsibility

Desired skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After effects and Adobe
  Acrobat is a must and Adobe Express, Adobe XD and Canva will be an added
  advantage
• Should also have the working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in the graphic
  industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to research and
  resolve issues.
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and changing technologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time with a proper focus on each task.

Education:

• Masters or Specialized Course in Design will be preferable
