Skincare isn’t some fancy “extra”, it’s a must-have, like coffee or chai on a Monday! It isn’t just for women or skincare gurus; it’s for anyone with skin. But wait, there is more… we are giving a 50% Male Quota. Why? Cause healthy skin doesn’t play favourites, and neither do we!

With Deconstruct Skincare Internship - Season 2, we're inviting everyone to join, regardless of gender, age, or background.

Eligibility:

Anybody over the age of 18 can apply for the Deconstruct Skincare Internship - Season 2.

Rules & Guidelines:

• To keep things fair & square, Deconstruct employees & their family members will not be eligible to be part of this internship.
• If you share fake information, we’ll have to reject the application, sadly. Be honest, guys, it’s truly the best policy. 
• To move to the second round, please ensure you fill out the entire form on time. There’s no shortcut here. 
• We share all communication via mail. So, don’t fall for fake SMS/Calls. 
• One skin, one application! Don’t go making multiple entries; you will be disqualified. 
• All decisions regarding eligibility, authenticity, and final judgment rest solely with Deconstruct. In the event of any unfair practices, the candidate will be disqualified. It’s serious!
• The opportunity is only for Indian Citizens. International peeps, maybe next time!

Competition Structure:

Round 1 - Application & Screening Round:

• In this round, candidates have to fill in the questions at the time of registration.

Round 2 - Video Submission:

• Basis the responses in round 1, selected participants will have to make a video submission. The video needs to be submitted on Unstop

Round 3 - Interview:

• Shortlisted participants will move to the final personal interview round with Deconstruct Team.
