Medoc Health is looking for a Biomedical Engineer who will bridge the gap between clinical environments and technology systems, ensuring that engineering decisions are grounded in real healthcare workflows; the role involves working closely with hospitals, clinicians, and internal engineering teams to understand medical processes, device interactions, and regulatory considerations; the engineer will contribute to building clinically sound, safe, and practical healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities (Flexible based on skill set):

• Clinical & Technical Alignment: Understand hospital workflows, clinical processes, and biomedical requirements, and translate them into technical inputs for engineering teams.
• Validation & Testing: Support testing, validation, and calibration of healthcare-related systems in real-world environments.
• Documentation & Compliance: Assist in preparing technical documentation aligned with medical standards, safety norms, and compliance requirements.
• Field Coordination: Work with on-ground hospital teams during pilots, deployments, and feedback cycles.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in existing processes and suggest improvements from a biomedical and clinical perspective.

Requirements

• Degree or background in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Understanding of medical devices, clinical workflows, and healthcare environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
