Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Capture and document key moments across the office, shoots, events, and creative sessions for archival and brand storytelling
• Support founders with day-to-day visual needs including photos, short videos, behind-the-scenes clips, and creative documentation
• Edit and create high-quality visuals (videos, reels, photos, montages, decks) for internal use, social media, and brand communication
• Maintain and organize the visual archive ensuring all media assets (photos, videos, project folders) are labeled, sorted, and accessible
• Assist in concept development for visual storytelling collaborating with content, strategy, and design teams
• Create simple motion edits, montages, or story sequences to communicate brand narratives clearly and emotionally
• Participate in shoots (in-house or on-location) handling documentation, b-roll, and coordination
• Maintain consistent visual identity across all outputs with tone, color, framing, and style aligned with the brand’s aesthetic

Requirements:

• Understanding of framing, light, and composition with ability to shoot both on phone and camera
• Strong sense of visual rhythm and storytelling flow
• Highly organized with an eye for detail and aesthetics
• Self-motivated and dependable with ability to manage end-to-end tasks with minimal supervision
