Eligibility Criteria:

• Full-Time Management Students: Final-year students pursuing a full-time MBA from the selected list of colleges, preferably candidates with a B.Tech background in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering.
• No Active Backlogs and No Cases of Detention: Students who currently have active backlogs or have experienced academic detention are not eligible.

Annual Compensation:

• Fixed Entry Compensation for All: INR 12 LPA
• CTC post Confirmation: Sales – 15.85 LPA (@20% incentive)
• Others – 14.52 LPA (@10% Performance Pay)
