Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls:
    • Initiate calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services.
    • Follow up with leads or prospects provided by the sales team or collected through campaigns.
    • Use scripts or create tailored pitches to introduce and explain products/services.
  • Customer Support:
    • Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.
    • Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns promptly.
    • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
  • Sales and Lead Generation:
    • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales.
    • Cross-sell or upsell additional products or services as appropriate.
    • Capture relevant customer data and update CRM systems accordingly.
  • Data Management:
    • Record customer interactions and feedback in CRM or relevant systems.
    • Track and follow up on leads, potential sales, and customer queries.
    • Prepare regular reports on call activity, sales performance, and customer feedback.
  • Market Research:
    • Identify customer needs and preferences by asking probing questions.
    • Gather feedback and insights from customers to help improve products or services.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Appointment Scheduling:
    • Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team.
    • Coordinate with customers to arrange follow-up calls or meetings.
  • Compliance and Quality Standards:
    • Ensure all calls comply with company policies, data protection laws, and industry standards.
    • Adhere to quality guidelines for call handling, including tone, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with team members to share insights, tips, and best practices.
    • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
