Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Telegram groups, and referrals
• Identify suitable profiles aligned with client job descriptions
• Review resumes based on skills, experience, job-fit, and intent
• Conduct basic screening calls when required
• Prepare shortlists for client review
• Conduct Interview Round 1
• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients
• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
• Maintain structured and accurate candidate data
• Understand client requirements thoroughly
• Follow Nerida’s internal shortlisting framework
• Share daily or weekly progress updates
