Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data from various sources into designated databases and systems.
• Verify data by comparing it with source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Identify and correct data errors, inconsistencies, and omissions.
• Organize, archive, and maintain  digital records.
• Perform regular database backups to ensure data preservation.
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries as needed.
• Communicate with team members regarding data-related issues and updates.
• Follow established procedures for data entry and quality control.
• Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data entry or related field with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent typing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry software/tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
