Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for US motor vehicle insurance customers
  • Respond to customer queries related to insurance coverage, guidelines, and documentation
  • Provide accurate, clear, and professional information while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed and accurate call records and update internal systems
  • Follow compliance guidelines and quality standards consistently
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues
  • Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer experience

Requirements:

  • Experience of 0–1 year in an international voice process is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle calls professionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work in US shifts or night shifts
  • Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new systems
