Job Description
Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs
- Collaborate with the team to design scalable and efficient solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Assist in debugging, testing, and optimizing database queries
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable):
- Framework: Proficiency with Django
- Backend: Strong understanding of Python and backend fundamentals
- Databases: Familiarity with both relational and non-relational (MongoDB) databases
- Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for football/sports to align with StepOut's mission and culture
