Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and run growth experiments for Poper and Grigora across paid, organic, product led, and partnership channels
  • Build and optimize funnels for each product, identify drop offs, and create strategies to improve conversions
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to introduce features and flows that improve activation and retention
  • Manage performance marketing campaigns on Google, Meta, and other channels with strict focus on CAC and LTV
  • Set up tracking, reporting, and dashboards for user behavior across both Poper and Grigora
  • Oversee SEO, content strategy, and distribution to drive qualified traffic and brand visibility
  • Execute lifecycle marketing including onboarding emails, in app journeys, notifications, and re engagement sequences
  • Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, analyze results, and scale successful experiments
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success to improve lead quality, demo conversions, and long term retention
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities for both products

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product led growth for a SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of funnels, attribution models, user cohorts, experiment design, and retention frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, and similar platforms
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear action plans
  • Comfortable with rapid testing and iteration in a fast paced startup environment
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization for landing pages, onboarding, and product flows
  • Strong copywriting skills for ads, emails, and product messaging
  • Familiarity with SEO, content systems, and distribution strategies
  • Basic understanding of HTML, no code platforms, automation tools is a plus
  • Creative, resourceful, and motivated to build growth engines for multiple products
