Job Summary:

Review and scrutinize customer enquiry and prepare technical and commercial quotation within due date given by customer. Hand over of clean Purchase Orders to Order and Project Management Teams.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Registering all enquiries into quote log
• Ensure acknowledgement is given to sales/customer with a planned quote submission date (within 24 hours)
• Submit accurate quote as per planned quote submission date (On time Performance)
• Update MIS reports related to bid management and related analysis
• Review and hand over clean Purchase Orders to Order and Project Management Teams

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering with 0 - 2 years Industry experience.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with written, verbal, and social skills.

Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Good English communication skills (written & verbal)

Experience from actuator, controls & instrumentation industry
