Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective support.
• Onboard new clients, guiding them through the initial setup and implementation processes.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve client engagement and satisfaction.
• Monitor client usage and performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues.

Requirements:

• Graduate fresher or undergraduate with 6 months of BPO experience.
• English fluency is mandatory.
