Prime is actively hiring for the role of Office Admin!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry and report generation.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, for important documents.
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with basic accounting tasks.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages, and providing information to callers.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including setup, registration, and logistics.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic analysis.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Strong coordination skills for managing schedules and events.
  • Attention to detail for audit documentation and record-keeping.
  • Data entry skills for maintaining accurate records.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
