:

1. Remotely connect to servers and applications to troubleshoot faults or handle incidents.
2. Perform infrastructure surveillance in rotational shifts.
3. Work on continuous automation using Python, Shell Scripts, and AWS CLI/API.
4. Troubleshoot every case/event/incident and identify opportunities to restore the service or provide acceptable workarounds to meet business needs.
5. Follow the escalation process as described in the SOP if the incident or ticket cannot be resolved immediately.
6. Read knowledge base articles or vendor documentation to stay updated on current technologies used within the infrastructure.
7. Ensure timely creation of necessary reports or documentation related to the job and update the knowledge base accordingly.
8. Work in 247 rotational shifts.
9. Be a good team player and handle the pressure of a 247 operations environment.

Eligibility:

1. B.Tech/BE graduates in Computer Science (CS) or Information Technology (IT).
2. 2024 or 2025 pass-outs.
3. Minimum 60 PERCENT throughout their academic career.
4. Completion of Red Hat Certification is mandatory.
5. AWS certification is a valuable addition.

Additional Information:

A 1.6-year agreement is required, which includes 46 months of classroom on job training provided by the company.
