Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Manage hiring for multiple roles including interns, educators, and business development profiles.
• Develop and execute innovative hiring strategies to attract top talent.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Conduct HR orientation, coordinate with department heads, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with team members and management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in the EdTech sector (mandatory).
• Proven experience in recruitment/hiring as a key focus area.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
