Key Responsibilities:

● Support senior program managers in planning and tracking project deliverables.

● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and update

progress.

● Assist in preparing project documentation, timelines, and status reports.

● Attend and contribute to team meetings, sprint planning, and reviews.

● Learn and apply project management tools and best practices.

● Identify potential risks or blockers and escalate them appropriately.

● Continuously seek to improve processes and delivery efficiency.

Qualifications:

● BTech degree with a specialization in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information

Technology (preferably from the 2024 or 2025 batch).

● Strong interest in project/program management and technology.

● Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

● Basic understanding of software development lifecycle is a plus.

● Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Jira/Trello is

a plus.
