About the NATS Program:

National Apprenticeship Training Scheme is one of the flagship programmes of Government of India for Skilling Indian Youth in Trade disciplines. The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme under the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961 amended in 1973; Volvo Group offers Graduate, a practical, hands-on On-the-Job-Training (OJT) based skilling opportunities with duration of 1 year.

What will you get?

1. You will be engaged with qualified training managers to impart the knowledge transfer and mentorship.
2. You will be learning the latest applications, processes, and methodologies in your respective fields of work.
3. This also acts as a transition phase for a school/college student from classroom to a working background.
4. You will also learn soft skills, work culture, ethics and organisational behaviour while undergoing training.
5. This enables to enhance your skillsets and upgrade your professional skills.
6. The period of training is for 1 year and can be undertaken by recent graduates’ holders to transition from academic to professional work environment based on the requirements.
7. You are paid stipend during the training period.
8. There is no guarantee of employment after completion of training as an apprentice.

Eligibility Criteria

·        Pass out year -2022,2023,2024,2025.

·       BTech(CS/IT)

·        65% throughout (10th, 12th, Graduation)

Duration- 1 Year
