Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate information delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
  • Update and maintain customer databases with accurate and detailed information.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and appointment targets.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance.
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.

Skills and Qualifications:
