Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records using CRM software.
  • Process orders, forms, and requests accurately.
  • Assist customers in product selection and provide guidance.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service.
  • Suggest improvements for service processes and training materials.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education/certifications a plus).
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Ability to work in-office and collaborate effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Professional under pressure.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
