Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager / Sales Representative based in Bangalore. The role involves extensive field travel to meet clients, build strong business relationships, and drive sales growth for Riverview Finserve.
The Sales Manager / Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, building a network of Chartered Accountants, real estate developers, and market influencers, as well as collaborating with banks and NBFCs to deliver funding solutions for clients.Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new clients, preparing and presenting funding pitches, facilitating meetings between clients and bankers, addressing queries, and following up through to loan sanction and disbursement.
The role requires excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills, a proactive approach to achieving sales targets, and the flexibility to travel extensively within Bangalore to meet clients and banking partners.


Roles

  • Act as the primary link between clients, market influencers, and financial institutions.
  • Drive lead generation and client acquisition through networking and field visits.
  • Facilitate smooth funding processes by coordinating between clients and banks/NBFCs.
  • Contribute to the growth of Riverview Finserve’s sales pipeline in the Bangalore region.

Responsibility

  • Travel extensively across Bangalore to meet clients assigned by tele-callers and management.
  • Generate new business leads by:
  • Meeting Chartered Accountants (CAs) to source clients.
  • Visiting under-construction apartments, villas, plots, and commercial properties to identify prospects.
  • Building partnerships with market influencers (real estate brokers, developers, etc.).
  • Understand client requirements and prepare funding pitches.
  • Identify appropriate banks/NBFCs, meet their representatives, and accompany them to client discussions.
  • Address banker and client queries during the loan process and follow up until sanction and disbursement.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and banking partners to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Maintain basic records of visits, client follow-ups, and conversion status.

Requirements

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 0–2 years of experience in field sales / business development in financial services, NBFCs, or real estate (motivated freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with extensive field travel across Bangalore.
  • Must possess a two-wheeler (petrol expenses reimbursed).
  • Proactive, target-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
