We are a growing digital marketing team based in Noida, Sector 63, looking for an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Trainee to join our performance marketing division This role offers hands-on exposure to Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates eager to build a strong foundation in paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs.
• Work on ad creatives, targeting strategies, and reporting dashboards.
• Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation for better campaign performance.
• Analyze data and prepare daily/weekly reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and promotional assets.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid marketing.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field.
• 6 months–1 year of hands-on experience in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads (internship or professional).
• Good understanding of paid marketing dashboards and campaign setup.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be based in Noida and comfortable with an on-site work setup.
