You will create intelligent, user-friendly interfaces like Conversational Search, prototype and launch innovative 0→1 product experiments, refine performance and stability for a seamless UI, or contribute to our app framework that enables developers to build powerful, scalable apps on Atlan’s platform.

2. Get a chance to build AI-native systems and experiences — leveraging AI not just as a feature, but as a core part of how our product works and how users interact with it.

3. As a Frontend Engineering Intern, you’ll get the opportunity to work on one (or more) of these focus areas:

   1. AI-Native User Experiences – Build delightful, AI-powered interfaces like Conversational Search and other intelligent features that transform how people find, explore, and interact with data.

   2. 0→1 Product Experiments – Prototype and launch experiences that redefine how humans collaborate with AI in the context of data and metadata.

   3. Performance, Stability & Polish – Ship meaningful bug fixes, improve feature reliability, and obsessively refine the UI to ensure a seamless, high-performance experience for Atlan’s users.

   4. App Framework – Contribute to Atlan’s latest app framework, enabling developers to build powerful, scalable apps directly on top of Atlan’s platform, accelerating how customers extend and customize Atlan.

   5. Atlantis – Evolve and enhance Atlantis, Atlan’s in-house design system, to ensure visual consistency, usability, and speed across our entire product ecosystem.

   6. API Integrations – Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs, ensuring smooth, high-performance data flows and seamless interaction between frontend experiences and backend services.

🖥️ Program Details

1. Onboarding Week (In-Person): Week of January 5, 2026 (or before).
   Location: Delhi or Bangalore (to be confirmed closer to the date).

2. Covered Expenses: Atlan will cover your stay and travel expenses for the onboarding week.

3. Internship Duration: 6 months (paid, full-time).

4. Work Mode: Fully remote after the onboarding week—work from anywhere!

5. Future Opportunities: Potential to transition into a full-time role at Atlan.

📚 Application Process

1. Online Application: Candidates MUST apply through our careers page.

5. Online Test: A test link will be shared with shortlisted candidates after the application review.

6. Take-Home Challenge: Based on your test performance, you'll work on a take-home task designed to evaluate your problem-solving abilities and creativity.

7. Interview: Engage in a comprehensive interview to explore your fit with our culture, values, and the role. You'll be informed in real time when your interview is scheduled.

8. Offer: Receive the internship offer.

9. Internship Start Date: On or before January 5, 2026.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

1. Students currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in India who can commit to full-time internship.

2. Major or concentration in Computer Science or a closely related field.

3. You must commit for the one-week in-person onboarding and 6 months of fully remote full-time internship.

4. Demonstrate dedication to the internship.

5. Show passion and drive to succeed in the tech industry (assessed via application questions and program interviews)
