We are looking for fresh graduates to join our team in a Maintenance and Production Support role. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be willing to work in shifts and extended hours as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for production systems and resolve technical issues.
Perform routine maintenance and ensure system stability.
Collaborate with teams to understand and troubleshoot application-related problems.
Monitor application performance and suggest improvements.
Document incidents, resolutions, and updates clearly.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of technologies.
Willingness to work in shifts and extended hours.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
