Job Description:
- Handling technical support, product demos, and customer training
- Gathering requirements, responding to RFIs, and following up with prospects
- Delivering accurate, timely solutions to customers
- Being proficient in offering phone-based support to international customers
Pre-requisites:
- Strong communication skills with experience of at least six months in a client-facing role
- Open to relocation
- Must be keen to learn new technologies
Note:

- Should be willing to work night shifts
