Job Description

As a Generalist Intern in the founder's office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the founders and ensuring the smooth operation of the Founder's Office.This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities with a high degree of professionalism.

 

Your Role : The founder's office is responsible for the overall strategy, direction, and growth of the company. Your responsibilities will include.

 

Key Responsibilities :

 

- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the founders and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.

 

- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating special projects and initiatives led by the founders, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.

 

- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues and anticipate the needs of the founders to streamline their workflow.

 

- Strategy Development: The founder's office is responsible for developing the company's long-term strategy. This involves identifying the market opportunity and developing a plan to capitalize on it.

 

- Investor Relations: The founder's office may spend time communicating with investors to keep them updated on the company's progress and ensure that they are aligned with the company's goals.

 

- Decision-Making: The founder's office will make key decisions that impact the direction of the company, such as product development, marketing strategy, or hiring decisions.

What We're Looking For:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
  • Previous experience in Business analytics or consulting or product roles of 0-1 year of experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project related software.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

Additional Information:

 

  • This starts as a paid 3 months internship and then converts into a full time role.
  • It is best suited for fresh graduates.
