Position Title: Data entry intern (Lead Cleansing & Enrichment)

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Data entry intern to support our internal lead cleansing and enrichment process. In this role, you will be responsible for validating, cleaning, and enhancing lead data to improve the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of our CRM system. This role is essential for improving marketing campaign performance and sales pipeline efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and clean existing lead data for completeness, accuracy, and duplication.
• Validate lead information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, and company details.
• Standardize data formats (e.g., names, phone numbers, email addresses, locations).
• Identify and remove duplicate or invalid records.
• Enrich lead data using online research and data tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Clearbit (if available).
• Import and export data between CRM systems, spreadsheets, and marketing tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations.
• Maintain documentation of cleansing processes and data handling protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year) in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other data tools.
• Familiarity with data enrichment platforms (ZoomInfo, Lusha, Clearbit) is a bonus.
• Quick learner and proactive attitude.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Nice to Have):

Knowledge of data quality principles and CRM data standards.

Experience working with large datasets.

Exposure to data cleaning tools, data validation, or data management software.
