Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Edit 2D/stock-based animated videos for kids using supplied voice, music, and scripts
• Add transitions, sound effects, and basic motion graphics for high retention
• Use AI tools (like Pictory, Runway ML, Descript, etc.) to speed up the workflow
• Sync audio, subtitles, and visuals smoothly for young audiences
• Assist in repurposing videos into YouTube Shorts and Reels
• Follow brand style guides and ensure consistency across episodes
• Collaborate with founder and script team for feedback + improvements

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut Desktop
• Familiarity with AI video tools: Pictory, Runway ML, VEED, Descript (training can be provided)
• A good eye for child-friendly design, colors, and pacing
• Interest in content creation for young audiences (2–8 years)
• Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and emotion in edits
• Basic understanding of audio syncing and transitions
• Bonus: Experience with AI voice tools like ElevenLabs or PlayHT
