💝 Role Specific Job Description

 Web Development

You’ll help design and build high-performance web applications that delight users and scale globally.
 

What you’ll do:

• Contribute to frontend architecture and feature development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and backend engineers to bring features to life.
• Own UI performance, responsiveness, and visual polish.

What we're looking for:

• Prior internship or strong personal or academic projects in frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Tailwind or similar.
• A detail-oriented mindset with strong design-to-implementation execution.
• Curiosity about performance, user experience, and cross-browser compatibility.

 Backend Engineering

You’ll contribute to building scalable, high-performance backend services that power the Headout platform.

What you’ll do:

• Design and implement backend modules, APIs, and systems.
• Collaborate on architectural decisions and system-level problem solving.
• Work across databases, cloud infrastructure, and internal tools.

What we're looking for:

• Prior internship experience or strong backend-focused personal or academic projects.
• Solid grounding in CS fundamentals (OOP, networking, databases).
• Experience with Java or Spring, SQL or NoSQL databases, and an interest in scalable system design.
• A problem-solving mindset with a hunger to optimize for performance and reliability.

 Internship Details

• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Remote or Bangalore HQ
• PPO Opportunity: Strong performers will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) at the end of the internship.
