MUST HAVE: coding Knowledge

intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.Perform daily & weekly reporting activities to the Manager
2. Generating different technical reports of candidates.
3. Work on detailed interview report study.
4. Review the reports & discuss the same with the panel for improvements, give update/feedback to the panel.
5. Handle escalation cases, calls & provide best resolution for the same.
6. Go on client calls.
7. Meet the deadlines.

Requirements:

• Having prior internship experience in prior customer facing roles
• Extensive knowledge of different programming languages
• Excellent communication & writing skills
• Can devote 9 hours per day
• Strong analytical, incident management and debugging skills.

Other Qualifications:

• Ability to dedicate 9 hours per day for work.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating
• with cross-functional teams.
• A motivated individual with a strong commitment to deadlines and delivering
• high-quality results.

timings- 11 am to 8 pm, 6 days a week
