As an Engineering Intern at Vymo, you’ll get hands-on experience working on a fast-paced product used by some of the world’s leading financial institutions. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers and PMs, contribute to real projects, and grow your skills in a high-impact environment.

What You’ll Work On:

• Assist in designing and building scalable systems and tools under mentorship

• Contribute to product features and enhancements across the stack

• Debug issues and help improve the performance of existing systems

• Write clean and maintainable code with guidance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and frontend teams

• Learn and apply best practices in coding, testing, and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Familiarity with backend development concepts, databases, and servers

• Hands-on experience with at least one language: Python, Java, or Node.js

• Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving

• Exposure to relational/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch)

• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and version control systems (e.g., Git)

• Enthusiastic, curious, and open to learning in a collaborative environment

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Kafka, Redis, or Airflow

• Awareness of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure

• Good written and verbal communication skills

Eligibility:

• Pursuing B.E/B.Tech (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related fields

• Previous internship experience is a plus but not mandatory
