Job Description

What You’ll Do:

Not your typical intern gig. You’ll be the pulse of culture, trends, and traction.
You won’t “assist”—you’ll own, design, write, post, spark dialogue, drive ROI.

  • Running and growing multiple brand handles like a digital DJ.
  • Designing thumb-stopping content (static, motion, reels, edits, memes).
  • Crafting smart captions, comment wars, reaction reels, and opinion pieces on current affairs.
  • Shooting behind-the-scenes content, product reels, or founder stories.
  • Collaborating with strategy to run Meta and Google ads with ROI in mind.
  • Running experiments to increase organic reach through trend-jacking, audience engagement, and timing psychology.
  • Thinking and pitching like a creative strategist: not just what to post, but why it should exist.

Your Role’s KPIs:

You're not here to post. You're here to perform.

  • Organic Reach Growth – % increase MoM (benchmarked)
  • Content Performance – Avg. engagement rate per post/reel
  • Account Growth – Follower increase with quality interaction
  • Lead or Revenue Impact – Conversion from posts/ads you run
  • Ad ROAS – Return on Meta/Google campaigns run
  • Content Velocity – Number of valuable content pieces produced/week
  • Trend-to-Post Time – How fast can you act on a trend?

Who You Are:

  • You’re a creator + thinker. One moment you're designing, the next you're debating Nietzsche.
  • You get that Instagram is a battlefield — and content is both sword and shield.
  • Obsessed with history, design, storytelling, algorithms, and ROI.
  • Self-driven. Goal-led. No hand-holding required.
  • Tools aren’t a problem. You know your way around Canva, Adobe, CapCut, AI, or your own magic.
  • Bonus if you read books, quote strategy legends, or have a personal meme page.

Preferred Background:

  • Final year student or graduate in Mass Comm, Design, Marketing, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Previous internship or side hustle in social media (preferred, not mandatory).
  • A portfolio (even a personal IG handle) that shows your energy.

 Stipend / Compensation(up to 30,000):

  • Will be discussed during interview based on portfolio and capability.
  • Performance-based bonus available for high traction or sales-driven performance.
