MSW Enterprises is on the lookout for a Social Media & Design Intern who lives and breathes content, aesthetics, and creativity. If you're someone who scrolls Instagram not for fun, but to observe what brands are doing — this one’s for you.

You’ll be the brain and hands behind our daily posts, reels, graphics, and the entire online personality of MSW. This is not a “support” role — it’s a content ownership opportunity with real impact and creative freedom.

Responsibilities of the Intern:

• Daily social media posting – stories, reels, carousels, memes, event updates.
• Design creatives in Canva, Adobe, or your preferred tool – for campaigns, hiring, branding, and daily updates.
• Create new content ideas & hooks aligned with MSW’s brand and audience.
• Support in growing the page: posting at the right time, using hashtags, engaging with DMs.
• Coordinate with the internal team for photo/videos & convert raw input into clean visuals.
• ️ Maintain a simple content calendar and track what’s working.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools – Canva, Figma, Photoshop, etc.
• Sense of design, typography, and layout — not just decoration, but storytelling.
• Interest in social media, trends, content formats, memes, and audience behavior.
• Ability to post consistently, creatively, and on time – 6 days a week.
• Fluent in basic English + Hindi/Marathi — can write snappy copy or edit text.
• Video editing (even mobile-based tools like InShot) is a huge plus.
