What You’ll Work On
You’ll join our Cards Product team — the folks responsible for core experiences around credit card issuance, usage, UPI, RuPay, rewards, and account management. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Data Analysts to shape the future of Scapia’s financial stack.

Responsibilities
Assist in defining and refining product specs across issuance, billing, payments, and card controls
Own lightweight competitive research and user research tasks
Coordinate user testing, track experiments, and analyze results
Translate user and business needs into structured documentation
Monitor key metrics and run deep dives into card usage and performance
Partner with design and engineering to QA features and ensure smooth rollout

Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
Clear, structured communication skills
A bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity
Curiosity about credit cards, UPI, fintech, or travel
Bonus: experience in product, startups, or financial services
