Current Opening:
As a Trainee Software Engineer, you’ll be involved in all aspects of software development—from building features from scratch to enhancing existing modules. You’ll be an integral part of the engineering team, working on scalable solutions in SaaS recruitment technology with exposure to AI-driven innovations. This role lays a strong foundation to launch your career in tech.

What You Will Do:
● Work closely with software developers to develop the best implementations
● Develop efficient, reusable, reliable, and scalable software
● Build features and modules from scratch
● Maintain existing features and modules
● Key skills - Java/Python/AI/ML

Traineeship Details:
● Internship Program
â—‹ Duration: 3 months | 21 hours/week | Stipend: INR 7,500/month

● Traineeship Program
â—‹ Duration: 6 months | Full-time (8.5 hours/day) | Stipend: INR 20,000/month

● Full-Time Opportunity
â—‹ Upon successful completion of the 9-month training journey and based on your performance, you may be offered a full-time role as an Associate Software Engineer with a CTC of INR 9,00,000 per annum.

Who Should Apply?
Only freshers finishing their graduation/post-graduation in the year 2026 – BE / B. Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / MTech / MCA /M.Sc. in Computers should apply.

Selection Process (Online/Virtual)
Our selection process includes multiple stages such as an online MCQ test, a coding assessment, and virtual interviews—each designed to evaluate your analytical thinking, logical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.

● Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a reliable electricity backup throughout the test.
● Kindly keep your camera on at all times during all the tests, as it is a web-proctored exam. It is mandatory to have a webcam or an in-built camera in your system.
