Our Hiring Process

1. Initial Screening
A quick call to get to know you, learn about your background and goals, and share more about what we’re building. We’ll also answer any questions you have about the team.

2. Technical Interview
Includes:
- A high-level design interview
- A practical coding session with a lead, working on a real problem from our codebase. We encourage you to use AI tools and anything else you normally would—we want to see how you actually work.

3. Paid Work Trial
Work with us for a few days on the actual product. We’ll pay you for your time. It’s your chance to see if you’d enjoy working with us — and ours to see if it’s a good fit.
