The FYERS EDGE (Enhanced Development & Growth Experience) Apprenticeship Program is a structured and immersive 6-month training initiative designed to cultivate expertise in capital markets, customer support and sales. The program blends classroom instruction with practical, OJT (On Job Training) to prepare participants for professional success in the financial sector.
 

This initiative aligns with FYERS' mission to develop skilled professionals while adhering to the Apprenticeship Act of India.
