Job Description

Responsibilities of the Intern:

  • End-to-End Recruitment Support: Assist in the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing through various channels, resume screening, initial shortlisting, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Interview Coordination & Candidate Management: Maintain an up-to-date candidate database, schedule interviews, share timely communication with candidates, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing documentation, introducing new hires to internal systems and policies, and coordinating orientation sessions to ensure a positive start for new employees.
  • Employee Engagement & Support: Assist in organizing engagement activities, feedback initiatives, and team-building efforts to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • HR Documentation & Compliance: Maintain HR records including employee files, contracts, and leave records, and support documentation for audits and compliance as per company policy.
  • Day-to-Day HR Operations: Coordinate with various departments to address employee queries, support internal communication, and contribute to routine HR administrative tasks.
  • HR Projects & Process Improvement: Collaborate on special HR initiatives such as improving hiring strategies, enhancing candidate experience, and streamlining internal HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality and discretion.
