Job Title: Oracle Apps-Support Specialist

Experience Required: 12-15 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and functional support for Oracle Applications, including Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle Applications, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system updates, enhancements, and integrations.

• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions for improvement.

• Manage and maintain database security, roles, and access controls.

• Lead the implementation of Oracle application upgrades and migrations.

• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, and HRMS.

• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Unix/Linux scripting, and Oracle Database administration.

• Strong knowledge of integration tools and middleware like WebLogic and Oracle SOA Suite.

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Certifications in Oracle Applications or Oracle Database Administration are preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Proven track record of managing large-scale Oracle Applications support projects.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
