  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, design, and maintain Jaspersoft reports, dashboards, and domains using Jaspersoft Studio and JasperReports Server.
  • Create Ad Hoc Views, Input Controls, and Report Templates to support dynamic reporting needs.
  • Integrate reports into applications via REST or SOAP APIs, and manage data access through JDBC or JNDI connections.
  • Optimize report performance and manage large datasets efficiently. Work with SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL data pipelines to source and prepare data.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and repository configuration on JasperReports Server.
  • Maintain documentation for report specifications, configurations, and change management.
  • Required Skills:
  • Strong experience with TIBCO Jaspersoft (Studio & Server). Proficient in SQL, preferably with experience in databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
  • Experience in report customization, parameterization, and conditional formatting.
  • Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes. Experience working with RESTful APIs and embedding reports in web applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
